Dang a steady hand 🤚 thank for the short nail video! !!!!!! So appreciated 😊
You can use the tack and then the base coat ? Or the builder gel ?
Welcome to the club lady! You don't look a day over 30! Can't wait for your next visit to LEHQ!
Who's here 2024? Back to basics ❤
So then I could put on regular polish or gel polish on top, and change it out when I need to without affecting the hard gel coat?
Happy birthday 🥳🥂
45:34 can you inta dry regular polish under UV light??
Can I use nail glue instead of base coat and if so do I put base coat on natural nail first? Thank you!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIZ! <33333 Best wishes!
Wow this channel is awesome 😍
Hello, I have two different issues that I am hoping that you can give me advice on. What type of gel do you suggest for pedicures? This year, on two other occasions, my big toes had moisture damage that caused the nail to detach from my skin. I got a traditional old-school gel at an upscale salon. I thought that the issue was with the technician's application. Outside of being rude, he rushed and, in my opinion, didn't use care. So, of course, I never returned, and it took four months for both toes nails to grow back. I went somewhere else and the same thing started to happen again. So I the gel removed after a week. The most recent pedicure I got the technician used regular polish on my big toes and so far nothing happened. Next issue is the condition of my regular nails. After removing the last two regular gel applications my nails are thin and brittle. I would like to use a gel on my regular nails no extensions that will help them grow. Do you have any recommendations? Thanks
Happy belated BIRTHDAY
Happy Birthday! Hope it was a great day!
I do press ons for my healthcare besties who can’t have long nails and want to have a cute vacation set. One of my friends, no matter how well I prep her nails and cuticles and with an acid free primer, nails never stay on! I don’t have this issue with anyone else so I’m in the market for a better primer for those stubborn nail beds. Which one would you recommend to use with press ons with an air dry nail glue?
I would just clean the nails really well with alcohol and then acetone. The acetone will help to strip surface oils which is probably what is causing the lifting.
Stop being so amazing!
😍😍😍😘😘😘
Happy Birthday Liz🎉 Hope you have an amazing day!!!!
Thank you!!😊
Wishing you the happiest birthday 🎂 🥳
Thank you so much 😀
Like they said… There’s nothing new under the sun 😮

Happy birthday!!!🎉🎉🎉
What color is the lipstick?? I really like it!
Thank you! It’s literally the best lipstick. Isn’t super dry, doesn’t come off, and I’m obsessed. I bought every color. This one is “Rogue”.
Happy Birthday Liz!! ❤
Thank you! 🥰❤️
For me you are best person in nail industry ❤😊 but i am sure you are more than this ! I wish you all the best, good health, happy heart, relaxed soul and wild spirit. All happines what you can bear ❤ 😊🎉🎁🍾🥂🛐❤
Oh thank you so much! 🥰🥰🥰
Happy birthday Liz!! Thank you for always inspiring the nail techs and DIYers 💕
Thank you!! 😊
Oh my gosh ! Now we need a hair tutorial! ❤
Ahaha though the same!!
Hot rollers are the bomb. Dry your hair with volumizing mousse. Then spritz your roots with some dry shampoo. Then put in hot rollers (get wax core vintage ones off eBay they are the best). Then when you take the rollers out let your hair cool before you start styling. Helps to keep the volume longer. Rollers are so fun. They make me feel like I’m really going somewhere special. 🤩
Happy Birthday🎉🎉
Thank you! 😊❤️
Very informative. This is greatly needed as I am about to start doing my own nails and I was not sure what to get
Yes please!!!!!
oh my gosh this video was so helpful!! Thank you so much for this, it must have been a great effort to do all the experiments, and research for this video, seriously great effort, I wish more people saw this!! 🫶
Thank you! 🥰
Thank you for this information. I purchased the sunuv lamp off Amazon wondering why some of my hard gels weren’t curing. I just purchased the light elegance mini lamp. I just do my own nails as a hobby and just started a few months ago I am still learning so much from you tube videos you’re helping so many like me that are not trained in gels thank you again for taking the time to explain sooooo super helpful 🥰🥰👍👍😁😁😁
What grit is that buffer, Liz?
I use 180 for almost everything.
Wow
Thank you, this video is the best . I finally understood the difference. ❤❤❤
Excellent!
I got a 5,7 and 9mm nail art brushes online for just 10p/0.15$! Good! Love nail art! UK 🇬🇧

Those “short nails” are way longer than my nails… y’all need a visual of what short nails truly are. My nails are not able to have gel nails added due to how much skin i have above the end of my nail. Im a nail technicians worst nightmare.
Those “short nails” are way longer than my nails… y’all need a visual of what short nails truly are. My nails are not able to have gel nails added due to how much skin i have above the end of my nail. Im a nail technicians worst nightmare. My nail biting habit leave my nails at under half a cm in length on most of my nails.
Not recommended but before i learnt proper prep, I could peel my polish in one go (like a solid peelie) without damage. I have oily nail beds. When i did do proper prep (cuticle remover, alcohol before, dehyrating, buffing etc) it was so well adherred i wouldnt attempt it.
I got a £40 lamp from a uk supplier and it comes with a year warranty. Far as i can tell it is white labelled and i could have saved 15£ buying from ali but i wanted the warranty from a local company. I will be doing the isp cure test before i use it on me.

😂 glue on those nails girl!!!😢
😂 haha. Crazy about crazy nai🎉ls
OG dip nails❤
Is tack good for very thin, bendy nails that chip no matter what?
Gosh, I remember these. That ridge filler was something else
What about nail glue? Is there a risk to develop an allergy from that as well? Was thinking about using press on nails to be safer.
ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! VOICE TONE WAS SPECTACULAR!!! THANXXXX
When I do freelance hair I often do extensions. My beaded I tip clients have a move up option. I imagine their reasoning is the same as mine. A move up takes me less time, uses less products (in my case hair) which contributes to the reduced cost and most importantly stops the client from booking a total install. In my experience when you charge new prices (such as a fresh install or in this case a full set instead of a rebalance) clientele are more likely to only wanna book when they need a new set. If you charge the same for a full set as you do for a rebalance the clientele who will do a rebalance between full sets will just start waiting until their normal time for a full set. Personally I get a fresh set, then about halfway through the month I get a rebalance. The start of the next month instead of another rebalance I have the set taken off and have a new set put on. If I’m going to be charged for a full set even if I’m only getting a rebalance than I’ll simply stop getting the rebalance and opt to just get my fresh set.
The challenge is a continuous fresh set of nails is going to wear your nails out if you continually take them all off and put them back on. You’ll end up with nails so thin you have to take a 4 month break. I think nail techs over charge for full sets and undercharge for fills. Instead it should be a budgeted number so the client knows how much it costs to always have the same level of nice nails. Not about new sets vs fills. And fill lines, noticeable fill product differences, natural nail curling and lifting is why clients think about getting new sets of nails anyway. Which all of this can be avoided if one is well trained. If you do nails right they always look fresh and you avoid unnecessary damage to the nail plate.
Love it! Thanks!!💜💖💜
